Kindly be informed that the Independent National Electoral Commission of Tanzania is in the process of making the below-mentioned Regulations herewith attached. Being a key stakeholder in the Law process and Law reforms, we are hereby seeking your comments on the following;

1. The Independent National Electoral Commission Regulation, 2024
2. The Permanent Voters’ Register Improvement Regulation, 2024
