Call for Comments on Political Parties Affairs Regulations

Kindly be informed that the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties is in the process of amending the below-mentioned Regulations herewith attached. Being a key stakeholder in the Law process and Law reforms, we are hereby seeking your comments on the following;

1. The  Political Parties (Financing Accounting) Regulation 2019
2. The  Political Parties Council Regulation 2019
3. The Political Parties (Registration and Monitoring) Regulation 2019
4. Kanuni za kuratibu Mikutano ya Hadhara ya Vyama vya Siasa za mwaka 2023
5. The Political Parties (Code of Conduct) Regulation 2019
6. The Election Expenses Regulation 2010; and 
7. The Election Expenses Order 2015
