Call for Comments on Written Laws (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.1) Act 2023 & the Public Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2023

Dear Esteemed Member,

TLS has received the attached Bill and the Written Laws (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2023  which are due for your comments; 

1. THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT ) ACT, 2023

2. THE WRITTEN LAWS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) (No.1) ACT, 2023 which seeks to amend the following;

i)The Architects and Quantity Surveyors (Registration) Act (Cap .269)  

ii)The Media Service Act, (Cap.229)

iii)The Medical Store Department Act, ( Cap 70)

iv) The National Leaders Funerals Act ( Cap 419)

v) The Railway Act, Cap 170)

vi) The Tanzania Forestry Research Institute Act (Cap 277)

vii) The Treasury Registrar (Powers and Functions ) Act ( Cap 370)

viii) The Value Added Tax Act, (Cap 148)
