The EALS Secretariat and its institute wishes to welcome all the members to the 2022 Annual Conference and General meeting.

The Conference will be held from Wednesday 23rd – 26th November, 2022 at the Gran Melia Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania.  This year’s conference and general assembly seek to discuss all round contemporary issues affecting the region’s legal profession.  The theme of the conference is “Fostering East African Unity and Diversity in a Globalized Practice Environment.”  Click HERE for a detailed conference brochure with information on conference registration, categories for delegates, bank details, payment information, and sponsorship opportunities for partners, interested companies, and Law Firms.

We encourage members who are interested to speak at the Conference to send in their word-briefs and bios on or before Saturday 15th October 2022.
