Introduction:
The Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) is the Bar association of Tanzania Mainland, founded in 1954 by an Act of Parliament – the Tanganyika Law Society Ordinance 1954. The Tanganyika Law Society is currently governed by the Tanganyika Law Society Act, Cap 307 R.E. 2002.
The Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) is inviting consultants from Tanzanian based individual consultants, company or consulting organizations to express their interest to participate in various consulting services as listed below.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this request is to inform interested reliable consultants’ that TLS intends to update its list of consultant in various consulting services, hence invites eligible and interested individual consultant, companies or consulting organization’s to express their interest for the provision of listed consulting services for the period 2020 – 2024.
The individual consultant, company or organization interested is requested to submit copies of relevant documents including Company Profile, Certificate of Incorporation, Current and Valid Business License, TIN, and VRN, for the individual consultants will be required to submit their CV detailing academic qualification and experience.
Selection of consultants will be based on a submitted business profile which entails legal compliance, experience in the market, and financial (provision of audited financial statements) technical competence (CVs of key staff,) ability to meet current & future demands of TLS and compliance to TLS general terms and Conditions.
