We are pleased to inform you that His Lordship Prof. Ibrahim Hamis Juma, the Chief Justice of Tanzania has granted a request for an adjournment of cases for advocates wishing to attend the mentioned Annual Conference, General Meeting, Annual General Meeting to be held at Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) and CLE Seminars at Lush Garden Hotel in Arusha.
However, the Chief Justice has granted the said request subject to the condition that the individual advocate must seek clearance from the respective registries beforehand or reschedules their cases with respective Judges or Magistrates before whom they are scheduled to appear to avoid upsetting Court business.
