The Tanganyika Law Society (Meeting) Regulations GN 523 of 2020 provides that the documents for the meeting should be circulated to members 14 days before the Meeting. In compliance with the law, the Council directed the Secretariat to send to you the attached documents of the meeting for your reading in advance of the Meeting. For record purpose, we have attached the following meeting documents (Batch 2 of the documents):

Tanganyika Law Society (Elections) Regulations GN No. 598 of 2022;
Tanganyika Law Society (Chapter and Chapter Zone) Regulations GN No. 524 of 2020; and
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the Year ended 31st December 2023.

You are kindly reminded of the AGM resolution that members shall send their questions in advance of the meeting to give opportunity to the Council and Secretariat to timely and effectively respond to members’ questions and concerns during the Meeting. With this, the Council humbly request members to send their questions and concerns in respect of the reports in advance of the meeting through the ceo@tls.or.tz copy to nfrank@tls.or.tz for effective response and discussion during the General Meeting and AGM.
