The Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) is the Bar association of Tanzania Mainland, founded in 1954 by an Act of Parliament – the Tanganyika Law Society Ordinance 1954. The Tanganyika Law Society is currently governed by the Tanganyika Law Society Act, Cap 307 R.E. 2002.

The Continuous Legal Education department facilitates the acquisition of legal knowledge to members of the legal profession. The purpose of continuing legal education is to maintain and sharpen the skills of licensed members. It manages tracking and documenting the legal skills, knowledge and experience that members gain by attending internal and external seminars. By attending these seminars and trainings members acquire knowledge and CLE points which is among of legal requirements to allow them to renew their Practicing Certificate
Wakili stamp system is designed to effectively and securely manage use of advocate stamps for notarization and certification of documents. It comprises of secure advocate stamps (Wakili Stamp), system software (Wakili Stamp Software), and a mobile application (Wakili Stamp App).
Bodi ya WAKILI SACCOS LIMITED inakaribisha maombi ya kujiunga na WAKILI SACCOS LIMITED iliyosajiliwa tarehe 16 May, 2022 chini ya sheria ya Vyama vya Ushirika No. 6 ya mwaka 2013 na yenye usajili No. DSR 1795. Wanachama wanaoweza kuleta maombi ni wale walio katika fungamano kwa mujibu wa Aya ya 4 (i), (ii) na (iii) ya Masharti ya Chama.
TLS members who had registered for the health insurance service for the year 2021/2022 that would wish to renew their policy under the same terms, to o do so by visiting their Wakili database and purchasing the same. We also wish to call members who wish to join the health scheme to register their interest through the Wakili Database. All members who are both Practising and Non practising are encouraged to consider Mo Assurance for their health insurance.
