LIST-OF-DEFAULTERS

Kindly be informed that on 26th October 2022, we issued twenty-one (21) days’ notice to defaulting members to remind them of their outstanding membership fees balances.

After the expiry of the twenty-one (21) days’ notice to the defaulting members, the Society moved to the next stage of publishing the names of defaulting members to date in Mwananchi Newspaper dated 14th December 2022

Fourteen 14 days after publishing the names, the Society will take the names of remaining defaulting members to the Chief Justice for further action in accordance with PART V of The Advocates Act, Cap 341 and PART III of The Tanganyika Law Society Act, Cap 307 and its related Regulations including but not limited to removal of the defaulting members from the Roll of Advocates.

Advocates who wish to pay their outstanding fee should log into their Wakili database accounts by clicking the link https://wakili.tls.or.tz  and generate control numbers for each payment.

For more inquiries please contact Victor Mbuligwe by email: vmbuligwe@tls.or.tz, or phone number +255 783 464 608.
