Tanganyika Law Society > TLS news > PERMISSION FROM CHIEF JUSTICE FOR ADVOCATES TO ATTEND SERIES OF CLE SEMINARS AND 2020 PROFESSIONAL DIVERSITY
Dear Esteemed Members,
We are pleased to inform you that we requested the Chief Justice for permission to adjourn court cases for all advocates wishing to attend the Series of CLE Seminars and  2020 Professional Diversity Conference to be held at  Arusha.
The Chief Justice has appreciated the effort taken by TLS to conduct the CLE Seminars to enhance and build the capacity of all advocates in the Legal profession.
However,  the Chief Justice has advised that because December 2020 is the last month before Court Break it would be appropriate for advocates wishing to attend the above-mentioned program to seek clearance on a case by case basis from respective Judges and Magistrates before whom they are scheduled to appear.
